Five Forge is a small team of FiveM developers building the dashboard we always wanted: one place to see what a server is doing, and an AI that explains why.
What we do
Most server tools show you numbers and leave the rest to you. Five Forge reads the numbers for you. It links a slow tick to the script behind it, an error to the line that threw it, and a question to a straight answer.

An alert should mean something. Five Forge speaks up when a resource or error actually matters, and stays out of the way otherwise.
Your server, your data
We use your server's data to run your dashboard. You can export it or delete it whenever you like.
We work with FiveM server networks, hosts, script developers and creators who want to build faster and break less. Here is who we partner with and how it works.
* Unlimited means normal use by the people on your plan. We may slow very heavy automated use so the service stays fast for everyone, and we'll tell you first. Yearly plans are paid up front and cost the same as 10 months.

1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Five Forge website, or buy or use the Five Forge Dashboard, its server resource and its AI features (together, "the Services"). The Services are provided by [Company legal name], registered in [country] under company number [number], at [registered address] ("Five Forge", "we", "us").
By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you use them for a server, community or business, you confirm that you can agree on its behalf.
2. Not affiliated with FiveM
Five Forge is an independent tool for FiveM developers and servers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Cfx.re, Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. FiveM and related names are trademarks of their owners.
You remain responsible for following the FiveM Terms of Service and the Cfx.re Platform License Agreement when you run your server.
3. Your account
Give us accurate information, keep your login details safe, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
4. Your licence to use the Services
While your plan is active and paid, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services on the servers your plan covers. You may not resell, sublicense, copy, decompile, reverse engineer or try to get around the Services, except where the law allows it.
5. Your responsibilities as a server owner
Tell your players that your server uses Five Forge, and link them to our Server Data Notice.
Make sure you have a lawful basis to process your players' data with the Services.
Only connect servers and code you own or have permission to monitor.
Five Forge uses AI to explain errors, answer questions and suggest code changes. AI can be wrong. Answers link to the data they are based on so you can check them, and you decide whether to act on a suggestion. Test changes before you put them on a live server.
We send the data needed to answer a question to our AI provider, [AI provider name], under a contract that [does not allow it to train on your data — confirm].
7. Fees, renewals and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
[Refund terms, for example: we refund first purchases within 14 days if the Services have not been used on a live server.] If you are a consumer, nothing here affects your legal rights to cancel.
8. Availability and FiveM updates
We work to keep the Services running but cannot promise they will never be interrupted. FiveM updates can change how the Services behave. When that happens we work to restore full function as quickly as we can. If we remove a feature that is a main part of what you paid for, you can cancel and get a refund for the unused part of your plan.
9. Intellectual property
We own the Services, their software and the Five Forge brand. You own your server, its content and your data. You allow us to use your data only to provide and improve the Services, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. Suspension and ending the agreement
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, don't pay, or use the Services in a way that harms others or puts the Services at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first. You can stop using the Services at any time.
11. Disclaimers
Except where these terms say otherwise, the Services are provided "as is". We do not promise that the dashboard will catch every problem, or that every AI answer or suggestion will be correct.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, revenue, donations or players.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and, for important changes, email customers at least [30] days before they take effect.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and its courts have jurisdiction. This does not take away any consumer rights you have where you live.

Who we are
[Company legal name] ("Five Forge") is responsible for personal data collected through this website and for our customer accounts. Data the Five Forge resource collects from FiveM servers is covered in our Server Data Notice.
What we collect
When you contact us: your name, email, server or community name, your message, the topic you chose, and when you sent it.
When you create an account: your name, email and password. Accounts are run by [Supabase], which stores them for us; we never see your password.
When you become a customer: account details, server details, support history and billing details. Payments are handled by [payment provider]; we never see or store your full card number.
When you visit the website: basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type in our server logs, and analytics data only if you accept analytics cookies.
Why we use it
To answer your messages (legitimate interests, or steps before a contract).
To provide the Services, including AI answers about your server, and bill you (contract).
To prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interests).
To keep records the law requires, such as tax records (legal obligation).
To understand how the website is used, if you agree to analytics cookies (consent).
Who we share it with
We share data only with providers who help us run the Services, such as hosting, accounts, email, payments and our AI provider [name], under contracts that protect it; with authorities when the law requires it; and with a buyer if the business is sold. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Where data leaves [the UK / EEA], we protect it with safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it

What cookies are
Cookies and similar browser storage are small pieces of data a website saves on your device. They help a site remember things between visits.
What this website uses
Essential: we save your cookie choice in your browser's local storage, under the name sentinel-cookie-choice, so we don't ask again. It stays until you clear your browser data. This is always on.
Analytics (only if you accept):[name your analytics provider, its cookie names and how long they last when you add one]. Nothing in this category runs unless you agree.
Fonts
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. To do that, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
Changing your choice
Use at any time, or in the footer of any page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
The short version
Use Five Forge to build and run better servers. Don't use it, or try to break it, in ways that hurt other servers, players or us.
You must not
Connect servers or code you don't own or have permission to monitor.
Try to bypass, disable, reverse engineer, tamper with or probe the Services. Security research is welcome if you report it to us first through the contact page under Security disclosure.
Use the AI features to build cheats, exploits or tools that attack other servers.
Use Five Forge to collect player data you don't need, or for anything unrelated to building and running your server.
Use the Services in breach of the FiveM Terms of Service, the Cfx.re Platform License Agreement or the law.
Share access beyond what your plan covers, or resell the Services.
Overload, attack or try to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
What happens if you do
We may remove content, suspend or end your access, and report serious cases to Cfx.re or the authorities.
For server owners who install the Five Forge resource, and players on those servers.
Who is responsible
The server owner chooses to install Five Forge and is responsible for using it on their server. [Company legal name] processes the data on the server owner's behalf to run their dashboard.
What is collected

Why
To show the server owner what their server is doing, explain problems, answer their questions and keep the Services secure. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the server owner in running a stable server.
How long it is kept
Performance data and events: [30 days].

AI questions and answers: [90 days], or until the owner deletes them.
Your rights
You have the rights set out in our Privacy Policy. Players can ask the server owner, or us through the contact page, about data linked to them.
